President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Prince Adeniyi Oyemade, former Lagos State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and two-time member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, on his 70th birthday, August 10.

A statement by Mr Bayo Onanuga, the president’s special adviser on communication said, as an accomplished businessman and public servant from Ogun State, Prince Oyemade, dedicatedly represented Ikeja Constituency I in Lagos State.‎

During his legislative tenure, he served as Chairman of key committees, including Budget and Appropriations and Education. He also contributed significantly as a member of the Finance, Public Accounts, Sports and Social Development, and Mineral Resources committees.‎

 “Your versatile leadership and results-driven approach to governance shaped critical reforms in budget planning, education, fiscal policy, and public service delivery. I commend your principled commitment to grassroots mobilisation, community development and overarching desire for national development. As you attain this milestone, I pray for your good health and strength, to carry on your good works,” President Tinubu said.
