President Muhammadu Buhari has written to senate to confirm the appointment of Muazu Sambo as minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.
Buhari’s letter seeking for confirmation of Sambo was read on the floor of the red chamber by Senate President Ahmad Lawan on Tuesday.
If confirmed by the senate, Sambo, who hails from Taraba state, will replace Sale Mamman, former minister of power who was sacked by President Buhari in September.
Mamman was sacked alongside Sabo Nanono, former agriculture minister
