Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky left the Kirikiri Correctional Centre on Monday morning pimped up as a woman.
NIGERIAN CURRENT reports that Bobrisky identifies as a woman but admitted to being male during his sentencing in April.
He was released from the prison facility after serving over four months in jail.
In footage from an interview with GoldmyneTV, the social media celebrity was seen leaving the facility in a luxury car accompanied by two friends as they departed from the prison vicinity.
Wearing a female wig and red lipstick, he danced to music blaring in the background.
Bobrisky was accompanied in a Mercedes-Benz G-class by his friends, actress Moyo Lawal and filmmaker Eniola Ajao, who awarded him the infamous ‘Best Dressed Female Award’ at the premiere of her Beasts of Two Worlds movie and CEO Luminee, a celebrity fashion designer.
He counselled Nigerians against spraying money.
He said, “Follow the rules, abide by the law. Don’t spray money, unless you’ll be a landlord inside Kirikiri.”

Bobrisky’s imprisonment began on April 12, following a sentencing by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Lagos High Court.
The court found him guilty of abusing the naira and handed down a six-month prison term without the option of a fine.
The judge specified that the sentence commenced on March 24, the date of Bobrisky’s arrest.
When in 2019, the Rivers Police Command declared a crime suspect known as Bobrisky wanted, images of the crossdresser trended.
But Bobrisky dissociated himself from the suspect.
Commenting via an Instagram post, he said: “So, a notorious criminal in Rivers state is bearing my stage name, Bobrisky. Thank God I have turned into a woman before the useless criminal committed the crimes. If not, I would have become a suspect by now. And why are bloggers placing my picture together with Governor Nyesom Wike’s? Please, it is not my Bobrisky he is looking for o. I have turned to a woman since two years ago.”
