Ekiti State people were thrown into mourning this morning as chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Paul Omotosho died.
Omotosho died in the early hours of Wednesday after a brief illness.
Health of the late politician was said to have nosedived after he was kidnapped sometines last year.
However, the Imesi-Ekiti born politician actively participated in a series of political meetings on Monday before he complained of some odd feelings yesterday.
He was said to have been taken to a government hospital, Tuesday, where he was receiving treatment until he breathed his last this morning.
Omotosho was kidnapped in July 2023 and was released by his abductors after five days in custody.
