President Bola Tinubu has sent a message of condolence to former President Goodluck Jonathan over the passing of his elder sister, Madam Obebhatein Jonathan.
Madam Obebhatein, fondly called Amissi, was a teacher, businesswoman, mother, and grandmother.
In a statement on Friday, January 12, 2024, by the Special Adviser to the President, (Media & Publicity), Ajuri Ngelale, the President urged Dr. Jonathan to take solace in the legacy of Amissi, who dedicated her life to the service of God and humanity.
The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed and comfort for all those who mourn this painful loss.
