The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar has returned to Nigeria after spending some days in the United Kingdom.
His arrival was announced by his media adviser, Paul Ibe on Friday morning
Ibe said Atiku returned to the country on Thursday night.
According to the presidential campaign council, Atiku traveled to London where he met with the officials of the UK government.
He attended the meeting alongside Bukola Saraki, former senate president; Aminu Tambuwal, Sokot governor and director general of the campaign council and Udom Emmanuel , governor of Akwa Ibom state, among others.
