The presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP),Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party(LP), Peter Obi are currently attending the ongoing annual conference of Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) holding in Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The candidate of All Progressives Congress(APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu was conspicuously absent at the conference.
Though the BA had earlier said the APC presidential candidate did not confirm his availability of the conference.
However, the Vice-Presidential candidate of the APC, Kassim Shettima , was present at the conference.
Others in attendance were Dumebi Kachikwu, the presidential candidates of the African Democratic Congress(ADC), and Adewole Adebayo, the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP)
This year conference which is theme “Bold Transitions” will hold from August 19- 26.
