The Nigeria Super Eagles of Nigeria have secured a place in the second round of the on-going Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroun.
The Super Eagles booked their place in the next stage after a 3-1 win over Falcons of Sudan.

On resumption of the second half, Moses Simon strike the third goal to put Eagles at the top of Group D with six points.
The Sudanese pulled back a goal from a penalty spot in the second half of the encounter.
The Eagles maintained the same starting 11 that they used against Pharaohs of Egypt in their first match.
The three-time champions will play their last group match against Guinea Bissau on Janaury 19.
