The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) on Saturday invited former Senate President Bukola Saraki for questioning over alleged misappropriation of public funds and money laundering.
According to sources, Saraki arrived at the commission’s office around 2 pm.
Saraki was reported to have been interrogated on the ongoing invetsigation into how a N17 billion bond was spent during his tenure Kwara State Governor .
He was also grilled on alleged diversion of N9billion fraud by his successor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed.
Saraki, 58, was the Senate President.
