Green Africa Airways has announced its entry into the Nigerian aviation sector.
On Tuesday, the new airline asked prospective passengers to start booking thier tickets on its website.
According to the airline cities to be served are : Lagos (LOS) connecting buja (ABV), Akure (AKR), Ilorin (ILR), Owerri (QOW), Port Harcourt (PHC) and Enugu (ENU).
Earlier, the aviation company had unveiled the route network to commence operations.
The airline said it will scale up its operations when it receives more aircraft in the coming year.
Although the airline said the ticket sales has started but operations will commence fully by June 24.
A visit to the airline’s website shows flight fees from Lagos to Abuja ranges between N16, 501 and N25, 500.
This is lower when compared to current prices charged by other airlines operating in the country.

The airline took a delivery of two ATR 72-600s registered 5N-GAA and 5N-GAE in April. Both aircraft have a capacity of 70 passengers in an all-economy , 2-2 layout.
The airline said it plans to increase its fleets of ATR turboprops to 15 aircraft by the end of 2022.
