The students of Government Science College, Kagara, Nigeria state have been freed by their abductors.
Gunmen kidnapped 27 students and 12 other persons from the school about 11days ago.
A source at the Nigeria state government house in Minna confirmed their release.
”The Kagara schoolboys have been released. They are on their way to town now,” the source said.
”All the boys and the family members were released.”
It was however not yet certain if ransom was paid for their release
The students were received by the governor of Niger state, Abubakar Bello, at the government house.
