GUNMEN suspected to be kidnappers have taken away the Chief Medical Director of the General Hospital, Idoani, Dr. Olufemi Adeogun.
He was abducted on the Owani/Idoani Road. Also abducted were Mrs. Foluke Ajibola, who was said to be a record officer as well as a yet to be identified person.
According to reports, the driver of the vehicle in which they were travelling was shot in the arm. He, however, managed to escape and was rushed a hospital. Efforts to speak with ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro, the police spokesman in the state were unsuccessful.
