The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) will today (Monday) air a special interview with President Muhammadu Buhari on its networkĀ service at 10 pm.
This was contained in a short statement issued on Monday in Abuja by theĀ Presidentās media aide, Femi Adesina.
The statement advised all television stations and other electronic media outletsĀ to hook up to the broadcast.
Meanwhile, sequel to the announcement, tongues have been wagging that the interview might have been prompted by the recent upsurge in crime across the nation. Sources who spoke on condition of anonymity said the presidency has been disturbed by the escalating wave of crime across the nation, particularly now that the handing over to a new administration is approaching
