Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Jimi Agbaje, has voted in his Takoradi Street polling booth. He voted at about 10:40 am, having completed accreditation and other processes involved.
Speaking with newsmen, thereafter, the PDP governorship candidate decried low voter turnout during the exercise, saying this might have occurred due to violence that rocked the February 23rd Presidential, and National Assembly poll.
He, however, expressed optimism that he would win the election and become the next governor of Lagos State, Tribune reports
