Lawrence Ngozi Akpomiemie, the Special Assistant on Youth Development to Delta State governor, Mr Ifeanyi Okowa has been shot dead by unknown persons.
It was learnt that Akpomiemie was killed in violence-prone Ekpan, Uvwie local council area of Delta State last night.
The circumstances surrounding the assassination was yet to be ascertained at the time of filing this report.
