The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal today commuted the 14 years’ jail sentence passed on a former Governor of Plateau State, Joshua Dariye, to 10.
Dariye was jailed for a N1.16 billion fraud by Justice Adebukola Banjoko of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, on June 12.
