Reports filtering in have indicated that a group of irate youths have torched down the Magistrates’ Court in Orlu, Imo State.
Police sources said that the fire had caused extensive damage to the building and destroyed several documents before it could be stopped.
The Police authorities in the state have confirmed the incident.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Dasuki Galadanchi, was said to have directed the Area Commander in charge of Orlu to investigate the incident.
