Tony Attah has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas(NLGN) .
In a statement signed by the company’s General Manger, External Relations, Kudo Eresia-Eke, Attah replaced Babs Omotowa who will be returning to Shell International in the Hague, Netherlands.
The management said Omotowa who has been helm of affairs of the company for 5 years will be sorely missed for his uncommon vision, professionalism, compassion and commitment.
The statement said Attah, a former managing director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company, would be taking over from him after returning from an assignment at Shell’s Group Integrated Gas business as senior projects advisor, working on projects in the Netherlands and Singapore.
