Maverick politician and  former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, on Tuesday arrived National Assembly, NASS premises as early as 7:40.am ahead the inauguration but was denied accreditation.

As the inauguration is ongoing, he is conspicuously absent and would not be part of the senators to decide who lead them today in the ongoing vote casting exercise

Okorocha who was declared winner of the Imo West Senatorial District was not issued certificate of return by INEC.

A federal high court in Abuja last week ordered INEC to issue Certificate of Return to Mr Okorocha. But the electoral body disclosed after the order that it was not in a hurry to obey the court.
