Police Intercepts 17 Sacks Containing Thumb-printed Ballots

Few hours to Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections, police in Kano on Thursday impounded 17 sacks containing thumb-printed ballot papers in Sabon Gari area of the state.

Credible security sources disclosed that the ballots have already been thumb-printed on one of the leading political parties’ box.

The sacks are being transported to the command headquarters for further investigations.
