Buhari Observes Jumat Prayers In Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently attending the Jumat service at the presidential villa mosque in Abuja.

Buhari is joined by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, the national security Adviser, Mohammed Babagana Monguno and other officials to observe the Friday prayers.

President Buhari has been absent from the weekly Federal Executive Council(FEC) meeting for three consecutive fuellingspecualtions about his state of health.


The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, and other government officials, including the President’s wife, Aisha Buhari, have, however, assured Nigerians that that there is no cause for alarm over his health.

Buhari was originally planned to play host to his Nigerien counterpart today announced was postponed indefinitely.
