Kano state offers student with 9 A1 scholarship

The girl that score nine A1 in all are her secondary WAEC examinations, Fa’iza, has been offered full scholarship by the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.

Governor Ganduje explained that the scholarship is meant to cover her undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate degrees, at any university of her choice across the world.

“This gesture is to acknowledge merit and to especially encourage girl-child education in our state”, the governor maintained, pointing out that the state government is making arrangements to ensure that gifted children are given opportunity to fully exploit their potentials.
