The army has declared Ahmad Salkida , a Nigerian Journalist and two other persons wanted in connection with the latest video of the abducted chibok girls released by the terrorist group Boko Haram on Sunday.
Spokesman for the Army, Sani usman disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday saying the suspects Ahmed Salkida(Journalist), Ahmed U.Boloru and Aisha Wakil had information on the conditions and the exact location of these girls.
“The trio have been declared wanted because they are in possession of information on the conditions and the exact location of schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram from Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, in 2014,” the statement read.
“We are relying on the relevant laws of the land and in particular the terrorism prevention Act 2011 (as amended), where Nigerians could be punished for failure to disclose information about terrorists or terrorist activities.
“This becomes necessary as a result of their link with the last two videos released by Boko Haram terrorists and other findings of our preliminary investigations.
“They must, therefore, come forward and tell us where the group is keeping the Chibok Girls and other abducted persons to enable us to rescue them.”
