Rio Olympic Soccer: Nigeria Beats Denmark, Meets Germany In S/Final

The Nigeria Dream Team on Saturday defeated Denmark 2-0 to qualify for semi –final at the ongoing ri 016 olympics in Brazil.

In the first half,Mikel Obi opened the scoring early with a wing play from Imoh Ezekiel

While in second half , a cornerkick also from Mikel Obi was skimmed in by Aminu Umar to give Nigeria a 2-goal lead.

The Nigeria team will now take up on Germany in the semi-final.

Earlier in the first quarter finals played, Germany defeated European champion 4-0
