The outgoing United States Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle and minister of foreign affairs, Geoffry Onyeama again failed to appear at the ethics and privileges committees to provide video evidence of sexual misconduct levelled against three members of the House of Representatives.
Last Thursday, the minister sent apology because of his participation at a going summit he attended in Kigali, Rwanda.
The minister however sent another letter to the committee explaining that he would not be available due to the federal executive council meeting slated for the day as well.
In the same vein, Entwistle who had originally said he was in possession of video evidence og his allegation of sexual misconduct of the lawmakers, offered no explanation of his absence.
Members of the committee expressed their displeasure at the absence of Entwistle and Onyeama.
