Nigeria Professional Football League side, Sunshine Stars have sacked their head coach, Samson Unanuel, alongside the
technical director of the side, Henry Abiodun.
The Owena Waves are without a win yet this season, losing two and drawing of their three games.
Unanuel’s last game in charge of the Akure- based outfit was Wednesday’s 2-1 defeat by newcomers MFM FC at the Onikan Stadium, Lagos.
Former Kwara United boss, Unanuel replaced Kennedy Boboye who resigned from his post as head coach of the side at the end of last season.
His is the second coach to be sacked this season after Heartland fired Bethel Orji.
Sunshine Stars will host Giwa FC in match day-five fixture at the Akure Township Stadium on Sunday.
