Oliseh Resigns As Super Eagles Coach

oliseh 3Super Eagles Manager, Sunday Oliseh has resigned his appointment as the Coach of the National Male football Team, the Super Eagles barely two weeks to a crucial African nations cup qualifier clash against  the Pharaohs of Egypt.

The former Nigerian midfielder, announced his resignation via social media platform, twitter in the early hours of Friday citing contract violations , lack of support, unpaid wages  and benefits to both himself, his assisants and players of the team.

Oliseh declared that he felt “fortunate, blessed and eternally grateful for having had the honour to play,captain & coach this great nation of ours,Nigeria.”
The Nigeria Football Federation is yet to officially react to Oliseh’s resignation as the executive officers of the federation are in Zurich for the FIFA congress.
Oliseh who was labelled as the  “Guardiola of Africa”  by the NFF president, Amaju Pinnick during his unveiling last year  had been engaged in a running battle with NFF since the Eagles below par Performance at the CHAN championship in Rwanda.
