Arms Deal: Court Grants Dasuki, Yuguda Bail

A federal high court sitting in Abuja on Monday granted former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki and others bail.

Justice Peter Afem granted Dasuki and others bail on the condition of providing N250 million bond each and surety in like sum

Others granted bail alongside Dasuki are: ; former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda; a former director of finance at the office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu; a former Sokoto State Governor, Attahiru Bafarawa; his son, Sagir, and two firms Dalhatu Investment Limited and Jabbam Ada Global Services.

Justice Afem ordered that the defendants be remanded in Kuje prison pending the time they meet their bail condition.

He adjourned the matter to February 2 and 3, 2016
