Court Adjourns Dasuki Case To Jan 2016

DasukiThe Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday has adjourned the trial of former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki to January 20, 2016.

Dasuki is standing trial on allegations of illegal possession of firearms and money laundering during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

According to the court, Dasuki had not pleaded guilty to the charges.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola adjourned the case for hearing in the applications by the prosecution seeking to revoke the bail granted tp Dasuki.

He said the court will also hear another fresh application filed by the prosecutor, seeking to stop the former NSA from travelling abroad for medicals
