Funo Alfa, Organizer West Africa, Rich Oil Banned From Lifting Fuel – PPMC

The Petroleum Products Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Tuesday revoked the lifting licences of Funo Alfa, Organizer West Africa and Rich Oil, independent petroleum marketers, for diverting products and other sundry infractions.
PPMC’s sanction against the three independent petroleum marketers takes immediate effect.
Mr Ohi Alegbe, Group General Manager, Public Affairs of NNPC, said in a statement in Abuja that the ban was imposed to sanitise Nigeria’s fuel distribution and supply system, as well as eliminate the fuel queues still at some filling stations in some cities in the country.
